The purpose of this communication is to alert and aware of an abominable acts of injustice that befell on Thursday 20 December in the state of Carabobo. This is sentenced to eight years in prison that he dictated to a fellow militant in the Communist Youth of Venezuela for a crime he never committed, like "Murder in the degree of frustration." This comrade called Renny Rivero, is the eighth semester student of the Faculty of Education at the University of Carabobo, reference Social Sciences, musician, bassist and songwriter of a band of Heavy Metal, good friend, introverted and peaceful a consistent companion. He was sentenced to this unconscionable decision (without any criminal record) after suffering consecutive setbacks in his life, which proceed to relate:

Renny did not have any criminal record and had never handled a gun in the course of his life. The girl in question, at the time of impact, accounts for the low severity of his injury, and even continued to try to calm Renny. There followed his disgusting verbal and physical torture against Renny and deliver it to the police of Carabobo.
To all these, to the surprise of everyone, the girl in question has a complaint against Comrade (we assume that family pressure) that led to Renny to undergo a judicial process. In the first phase of that process, he issued an injunction under medical appointments to receive appropriate psychological and psychiatric treatment as well as a comprehensive study of brain disease.
Our comrade came time for appointments, was subjected to both psychological and physical treatment to counteract the malformation, which proved to be benign. Significantly improved his health, returned to their classrooms and again exercised his passion for music. Recently he also worked sporadically as a protocol for some events.
denounce this act is intended solely and exclusively to destroy the life of a young fighter in all areas of your life, a student at UC, an important musician, a young man who can neither fight, even without discomfort we say, one of the most peaceful comrades in politics.
All who know him can attest to this (and pray that those who know him speak out in this direction), except for some individuals who seek to sink it in the most irrational and bizarre you can imagine. With great pain we see it released on the floor of one of the worst jails in the country, without access even to a poceta exposed to all the dangers of our society together, acting under a law that does not belong to this country or the most backward in the judicial, with ABSOLUTELY NO GUARANTEE HUMAN RIGHTS (This is unfortunately the jail in Venezuela today.)
